Design
We strip back your business to it’s essential processes, identify the competitive advantages and map the ideal workflow that will maximise efficiency and market leadership.During the design phase there will be several meetings with key users to gain a clear understanding of the system requirements. We will review your current systems and processes, identifying what’s working and what’s not, interview users from each department in your organisation and pull together a software specification document.Once we have an agreed idea of the structure, we will then build out the solution. This is a collaborative process and we will work hand in hand to ensure the system meets all agreed requirements.
Build
Getting down to business, we develop and put in place your cloud solutions. Working with key people throughout the whole process, we go through iterative reviews to make absolutely sure the solution is right for your business. Once the solution has been agreed we move on to implement.
Implement
Again, communication and openness are the keys to implementing any solution. With each implementation we work closely with each key user involved in the process, ensuring the software does what it should.We appreciate the importance of change management when introducing new solutions, and we manage this carefully in our implementation approach. On major projects, with significant change and a high number or users, we work with third-party specialists in this area.
