Debonair Languages To Implement NetSuite CRM
Debonair Languages have been providing Translation, Interpretation and Transcription Services throughout the UK for many years. The business has been going from strength to strength and their current business systems were no longer supporting their growth. Paul Manivannan, Director of Business Development, started the search and select process in July 2017. NetSuite and Cofficient were the partners of choice.
The business will be using NetSuite CRM to:
- hold key information about linguists
- using case management and event calendars for scheduling and allocating jobs
- email marketing

The implementation has already started with a project completion date of mid May.
