Clear Cloud on the Horizon as DB Group Select Cofficient to Implement NetSuite

Business telecoms and utility consultants, DB Group, has selected one of NetSuite’s longest standing UK Parnters, Cofficient, to implement NetSuite CRM.  Their new software forms part of a drive grow the business further in 2017.

The telecoms arm of the business, known as DB Comms, will be the first division to roll out NetSuite CRM.  The new software will be used to manage the sales and customer care elements of the business.  Longer term the plan will be to add NetSuite Finance to the mix to create a 360 degree view of the customer.

DBComms has been growing rapidly year on year.  With the recruitment of additional sales and support personnel the requirement for updated CRM became pressing.
