Building a Sales Strategy and Process
It was my pleasure today, to deliver a workshop on building a sales strategy and developing a sales process, as part of the Hillington Innovation Events calendar.
I always enjoy the mix of people and businesses who attend these events. I especially enjoy learning about their business. It’s fascinating speaking with people who are embarking on their business start up journey. The brilliantly titled Better Humans Ltd are using a combination of physiotherapy and brain training to help people realign their bodies in order to correct posture and balance. The pair wanted to start to understand the sales journey they will inevitably have to take as they “find their feet” (boom boom). I hope I was able to deliver some insight for you both!
The innovative BCF Technology are creating a process for contacting potential customers in a timely and meaningful way. Their marketing manager really wanted to come up with a process of contacting people who were interacting with the brand but in a way which would add value to their customers’ experience.
I was delighted to be presented with some beautiful hand crafted chocolate from the Business Development Director at Chocplus – which was terribly kind given Tony had a good few years multi-sector experience on me and a very well defined strategy and process. I can highly recommend the Banoffee Meets Chocolate which didn’t even make it out the conference room after the event, instead being swiftly tipped down my gullet! Well…I had been on my feet for three hours.
And it was great to chat afterwards with Chris from FPP Scotland and to share stories about our sales journey!
It was a real delight to meet you all today and to learn something from you too.
